Turn undead on EE - WAI?

Is there even a tiny chance to turn undead succesfully in EE. Not the old lvl 20, the "new" ones like GH or god forbid 3BC.

Will there ever be a chance?

Sure - you just need 25 Cleric past lives, be pure, have max Charisma (including all Charisma boosts from enhancements and EDs, along with a +6 CHA Tome), and every single turning item and feat you can fit in.

And then you'll still only have a 10% chance of turning 1 mob...

Short answer, yes... some.

I'm preparing the long answer but the definitive thread on turning is outdated as far as numbers go. Mobs generally have 1-2 CR above CR of the dungeon on EN, 2-4 on EH and 24-41 on EE with skeletal archers in deathwyrm being the worst offenders.

Crunchy numbers to follow soon in a related post, but to illustrate whats is necessary, I'm on a 3 PL morninglord CHA spec for no fail +4 checks (and energy burst DC) with every possible source of increase in game except for the TOD set (+3) and the priest torch just put me in range to turn kobolds in EE legend... but 3 short of the zombies. Since the HD increases are more than the CL increases, I get 2 kobs per turn, 40 per rest... But they're just kobolds, highly underwhelming.
