Question about Divine Crusader's Celestial Champion

Anyone have an idea if the +1 crit threat range of Celestial Champion stacks with competence bonuses [eg, swashbuckling, kensei, racial] or if, like Legendary Dreadnought's Pulverizer, it does not?

It's a feat bonus, so it stacks with everything. However, you will need to re-equip the weapon on entering a quest, leaving it or after shrining to have it work.
