Hi posting my future build that is focused on new enhacement swashbuckler. Build have very high dps(maybe max dps in game), high saves, high hp,self heal, good dodge and prr, ,some group buffs, extended displacement as spell . Main role of build is dps, with buffing party. Build is focused more on dps, so i would invest all points into str as main attribute. Secondary is charisma, constitution and dexterity. Tactics is bufing party and zerging.
human
12 fighter 7 bard 1 fvs
Focused on very high strength, somewhere to 90-100.
Main abilities: divine might, scaldic rage, human action boosts, power surge - pumping str.
single weapon fighting at rank 4 with +30% attack speed and 19-20 vorpal roll + 100% str to damage (wou that is impressive)
Exploit Weaknesses for another critical threat bonus.
with shield mastery i can have somewhere 30%-40% double strike end game.
Weapons: balizarde + buckler
balizarde 15-20 x4 critical profile is best in the game now.
ED would be divine crusader for another +1 threat range and other godness, maybe LD come to mind.
stats:
Str92: 18 base, 6 tome, 10 item, 1 exceptional, 4 skaldic rage, 2 competence, 2 ship, 5 Primal Scream, 3 action boost, 1 human, 8 power surge, 2 kensei, 1 warchanter, 6 divine crusader, 7 levels, 2 yugo, 14 divine might
Dex40: 15 base, 5 tome, 2 capstone, 11 bracers, 2 insight, 1 exceptional, 2 competence, 2 ship
Con46: 15 base, 5 tome, 10 item, 3 insight, 1 exceptional, 5 primal scream, 2 competence, 2 ship, 3 action boost

Wis18: 8 base, 5 tome, 1 exceptional, 2 competence, 2 ship
Cha39: 14 base, 5 tome, 10 item, 2 insight, 1 exceptional, 2 competence, 2 ship, 3 action boost.

Not that I'm saying I don't think it will work, but some questions that you need to answer:
How will you selfheal? Just cocoon? Are you going to quicken en empower heal it? how much healing amp would you get? (human?)
How will you displace yourself? With Extend? Otherwise you might be better off just making 5 tier2 shroud clickies (which you can do on any build, so no need to list it)
How are you going to fit in shield masteries? Will you take cleave-greatcleave-overwelming critical? If so will you stick to power attack or do you have room for precision? Your "very high dps" is still a bit vague at the moment.
Try working out the feats.
Also keep in mind that with no levelups in con, just 40 HP from your destiny, no feats for epic toughness, etc. your HP will be severly lacking. I'm not saying it's a dealbreaker, but be aware that you are terribly squishy.
Oh, and two more:
Why cleric over favored soul? doesn't the fvs offer just better saves and slightly better SP with all other things being equal?
And (depending on what you want to do with your casting), did you ask yourself what does bard 7+8+9 offer you instead of rogue 11+12+13? (2d6 sneak, 3% doublestrike and 10% fort bypass)

shouldn't Jack Sparrow be Charisma-based?

Actually, you can get the same crit profile with Skullsmasher--although with Balizarde you don't need to take Improved Crit. But piercing weapons kind of suck vs. all the endgame undead. 3.5[1d6] (12.25 average damage) is better than 2.5[1d8] (11.25 average damage). Skullsmasher's Ribcracker ability adds an average of 17.875 damage per hit with the swashbuckler bonuses and improved crit. Phlebotemizing on Balizarde only adds 13.5 average. If you're doing open-handed I can see Balizarde being useful due to the dodge and parrying, but otherwise I'd go with Skullsmasher.

Actually, I miscalculated the damage on Ribcracker slightly. It should be an average of +22.57 per hit. I forgot that 15-20 is not 1/4 crit but 6/19 (both weapons will miss on a roll of 1).

Since Bali is keen, no reason you can't have both, take IC:Blunt for EE Skullsmasher, and alternate as necessary.

self heal from cocon and Sacred Ground. 9 bard is for displacement duration, but 5 bard is better option if u willing to farm tear2 gs gear. I am not calculated positive spellpower and healing amp, but 100 per tick cocon is quite easy to get + another 100 per tick from sacred ground if u need more healing. You dont need quicken feat because cocon is uninteruptable. HP isnt in the high levels but 1k hp is doable. This build isnt tank, or solo build, rather party member, with agro reductions from rogue tree can be very helpfull party member.
Here is option to go 13r 6b 1fvs for max dps and no displacement, and yes, fvs is maybe better option then cleric.
feats:
3xswf
PA
cleave
Gcleave
OC
IC
2xshield masteries
extended
skullsmasher is a options, but only if swashbucking stance stack with Celestial Champion, if not and i think that not, balizarde is definitive better weapon.
Big problem is HP and feat straved, there is better version of Jack sparrow(for elite players), more tanky and solo with fighter levels and bladeforged, but more difficult to build:
Bladeforged
12 fighter 7 bard 1 fvs
Here is problem with no ievasion, but with 30% elemental absortion can be evasion missed(Cyran Guard and Heavenly Presence).
Another problem here is that u need 2x lesser reincarnation, but for hardcore players this is not problem.
This build have same dps as previous(very very high through my calculations, in the zeus build levels), recon, displacement spell, very good HP, high prr, dodge, group buffs . Quite strong build.Only one negative is low saves (will, reflex), ach bard cant be multiclased with paladin:(.
Charisma based is options, but i create dps build, charisma build is more utility build like stuns and control battlefield. I am focused on Dps, for stuns we have monks:).
