Can you stun from range?
Pointless if you still have to get in melee range for the stun?

Though the 1 shot works on EE level 25 content without fail. It's brilliant.

Yes, I have since redone feats, dropped IC pierce and taken both shield mastery.
Stalwart defender.
Much better toon.
I will be dropping more bard levels next life and going strength build.
Fascinate is just a waste of time in groups, no one knows how to handle that CC and just nuke them all free or cleave like a moron thru it.

Pure dps, minimum levels of bard, stalwart defender, kensai, swashbuckler purple dragon knight or Shadar Kai.
I didn't even use any PDK enhancements, so can freely choose any race really.
