What is your favorite Two Handed Weapon?

Playing a level 20+ Two Handed wielder for the first time in Fury with Dreadnaught twists and I am loving it! The best weapon I have is a Epic Hellstroke Greataxe. Other than ESoS (like the shard drops anymore) what is your favorite Two Handed Weapon for 20+?

Lots of decent options:

If you have access to cannith challenges (or save daily tokens), the epic GA of fire is pretty good

Epic antique GA from Epic carnival chain is a good all round weapon for lower epics.

One you get higher, the 2 handers from Caught in the web are all good choices (some better than others) bwefore you're able to craft thunderforged.

I end up using the epic AGA fairly consistently in epics. It's less that it's so awesome (it's pretty good though) and more that it allows me to be lazy by breaking almost all DR.

Forgot that Thunder-Forged base & tier 1 are unbound. Had another alt craft one up. Thanks for the input folks, checked my shard/seal/scroll collection and I have bupkis for the EAGA.

get the challenge one the ga of fire its the best axe in the game only have to switch for fire immune mobs and with metalline and righteousness on it it breaks pretty much all dr

I use EAGA levels 20-25, and mainly cleaver level 25+.

EAGA's large hit die is awesome for cleave spamming. And it breaks almost all DR.

Cleaver's CC additions are nice for EE.

Really dig the cleaver for most of my 2 hand builds. I have another one that uses Hunter Slayer (just cause I wanted a big sword user heh) and it is hella fun too.

I'm more of a staff girl myself, so I really like Sireth, or Drow Quarterstaff of the Weapon Master(Tendon Slice 10%) in epic levels.
Stave of the Seer, Lootgen Flaming Burst Quarterstaff of Lacerating(with force ritual and festival icy burst).

When not working with staffs I go for Greataxes. Was never one for greatswords, with the exception of ESOS.
When epic, obvious choices would be Cleaver, Drow Greataxe of the Weapon Master, EAGA.
Heroic I usually use Carnifex, Maelstrom, and Alchemical tier 2 Greataxe(Silver/Air/Air w/ force ritual).

200 yards is a 3 iron. You need to blog less and hit the range. :)

You don't get to limit me by saying "Other than ESoS".

It took me TWO YEARS to get that sword. The shard dropped for me about a month ago.


ESoS is my favorite two handed weapon. Currently slotted with Devotion and +2 Insightful Con on my FvS.

thunderforged falchion (other 2handers are meh, simply because there's million on crit effects that don't scale with crit multiper, making falchion only viable, non flavor build choice)

Got one a while back and had it sitting in the bank until I recently decided to get a few monk PLs on my main by going for a q-staff rogue/monk build. The damage is really nice (last life I took a druid level for Shillelagh which increased damage to 5d6+4), but since it's a wooden staff its hardness and durability are so bad that you better bring backup weapons for longer quests.

didnt do thunder yet;...so best i swing is the Cleaver ,Fully upgraded ,is nice 130-150+ a cleave...without dam boosts;) w Ghostbane augment. Also I have a 6th lvl 2handed sword my Bard uses is awsome at low lvl...shock/festival icy/slowburst+2 ,base dam is 14.85 !

I like skybreaker, because why only have glancing blows when you can slot meteoric star ruby in there & have that plus the burst effect for MOAR AoEs!

My all time favorite 2h weapon is Maelstrom, the old version. Min level 2 great axe of pure mob slicing enjoyment. The newer level 8 with the dual slots is nice too, just not as nice as the legacy version.

Alas, the only time I ever pulled the old one was way, WAY back when I had first started and didn't realize how good it really was.
I was on a Pure Ranger AA at the time and when I melee'd I would only use TWF, so I thought it would be useless for me.
Vendor'd it and have regretted it every time I have TR'd since.

I make do with the ML: 8 version though.
