Precious Cargo Bug?

While running Precious Cargo on EH I found that I cannot go into the engine room of the third attacking pirate ship (the eclipse I think based on the XP log). After entering the engine room on that ship I am instantly killed. The combat log says that I was killed by "explosion death volume's environmental death effect". It would seem that the game thinks that the ship is destroyed and kills me as if I was caught in the explosion. My soulstone appears in front of the shrines on The Banshee so I res'd and tried to go in again. The ship is there, there are enemies in the engine room but I am killed immediately upon entering by this effect. I stopped trying after three times (fool me once and all that).

I filed a bug report but has anyone else seen this?

Seen it happen on EE, think it was the same ship but am not sure.
After a few minutes the ship did disappear.
