Look for a bit of insight here - the community is so great and I learn so much in these forums, so thanks in advance.
As a pure rogue I've gotten my UMD up pretty high and have 95% success on Stoneskin Scroll. The info on the scroll reads: "Once the spell has prevented a total of 10 points damage per caster level (no maximum) it is discharged."
Since I don't have any caster classes splashed into my pure Rogue, I'm reading this as only having 10 points maximum that will ever be applied (Caster Level=1 ??? when using these kinds of scrolls)
So am I reading that correctly? In battle its hard to tell what's happening once the action begins.
Hope that makes sense. Thanks again.

You will be treated as the minimum level required to cast the spell.
Unless this is yet another thing that Turbine has changed without mentioning it.

the Caster level of the scroll is on the scroll. they are 7. so 70 points of mitigation total.
Also. Dont buy scrolls. go to the vendor in The Twelve and buy wands.
Less Plat, Same UMD, and wands cant be interrupted so no concentration checks.
