Need help Getting a error 201 box

not been on this game for a year or so now add I finally decided to re-install it had some pc issues. Got brand new tower a few weeks ago I just downloaded and let the launcher do it thing while the game was being updated after it finished it and the server came back up I entered my user and password picked my server were my lvl 20 monk is and hit play and it gave me a Error box that say Game error 201 Cant open the data files. check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. the program will now exit.{201} any idea how I fix this pls help

sounds like windows 8. try running the game as administrator. if that doesn't work, you may have to install it as administrator (not AN administrator, THE administrator). pain in the neck, i know, but it's actually microsoft's fault.

I had it set on run as admin just tried it again still get the ERROR
