Well, with some new and exciting changes to Bards I've dusted mine off and am brainstorming some ideas. Any help, discussion, critique is welcome.

What I have to work with is a 2nd life human, bard with acess to a +20 heart (haven't used yet), that is mostly based on unbongwah bard archer found here https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/431054-Revisiting-Bardchers-(U20). I am currently leaning towards a cha based, semi DC, swash buckling pure bard.

Stats

Str: 16
Dex: 14
Con: 14
Int: 10
Wis: 8
Cha 16 <- level ups here.

Feats

What I am considering now are:

Combat: 3xSWF, Precision, Shield & Imp Shield mastery

Casting: Emp Heal, Quicken, Heighten, SF: Enchant

I was originally planning SF: Evo as well (for soundburst), it opens up ability to twist in more DC from ED's. But, I ran out of feats. That and rethinking Twists I may not want to go that route.

Well, starting from scratch with rebuild, any feedback welcome.

Check out The Count of Monte Cristo (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/443235-The-Count-of-Monte-Cristo-dps-CC-survivability-focused-pure-swashbuckler) and Maelodic's build (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/443015-U22-Maelodic-Merrily-Murdering-the-Masses-%2820-Bard%29) for some ideas. Both have detailed breakdowns of relevant abilities and attributes and should give you plenty to think about for your own build.

Why don't you Twist the Soundburst SLA instead? Can be meta'ed for free and Spell Focus doesn't affect its DC anyway.

Also, I'm not sure why you boosted base STR so high, since you are presumably going for CHA-to-dmg and you have no feat pre-reqs to meet. The extra to-hit isn't worth the stat pts, IMHO.
