just looking at this and wondering if the 10% fort bypass is only melee or if it includes ranged.
the description "gains a 3% chance to double strike with melee weapons and bypasses 10% fortification. "
doesn't seem very clear while the 3% double strike is just for melee only does that also make the 10% fort melee only or is that separate from the melee only doublestrike and work with ranged?
testing the fort bypass in game is extremely difficult at least for me so just looking for clarification on this.

I suppose Training Dummy have got 100 fortification, so when you do not have items lowering enemy fortification and precision freat off then you should be able to notice crit on dummy (soon or later on never :P) while using ranged weapon.

ya i suppose though I don't have the feat atm so would need to make a new char just to get the feat and test it with I guess lol figured forums would be easier but perhaps not.
