There is very little information I can find on this but....


In TWF is there any benefit to having more than a 100% chance to make offhand strikes?

Is there anyway to see this on my character sheet?

No. But AFAIK the only way to do that is to have GTWF (80%) + Tempest lvl 12 (+20%) + Deft Strikes (up to +10%), so it's a pretty easy mistake to avoid. :)
