Stone of Experience or a+3 Heart?

I have a Dwarf Cleric 8/Paladin 2 build and it needs more than a bit of TLC, i was considering getting a Otto's box for the stone to zip him to 20 so i could just TR him, but wondered if it would be more cost effective to use a +3 heart of wood. Would the heart allow me to reset both classes, say to a artificer/fighter build, or would it only work on one class?

+3 means you can change 3 levels to other classes, up to a max of 3 classes, so you could change pal for instance to something else.

to change all levels you would need to use the +20 heart or +10 (don't think it exist).

I notice you are multi I do hope you build it up front on paper or even better in Ron's char planner ! If you did you can post your original build and maybe get some help to tweek/change it. then make your decision.

I originally did use Rons character planner,but unfortunately part of the problem is that i had to get a new PC, and lost my original notes, that was my second problem, the first was i allowed myself to be talked into making him into what he is, and used the +20 heart, which in hindsight was a waste and stupid on my part. Needless to say, the character is trashed, and i hoping to salvage him as inexpensively, but quickly, as possible.

XP + TR gives you a past live but you will have to rebuild from 1, (or hop to 15 with iconic)

+3 you really need to be sure you don't botch it again.

if it is only a first life toon, 8 levels are peanuts to get, maybe just delete and reroll

the last option is to try to remember your build and rebuild it in rons planner, maybe a few feat changes at fred would do the trick.


But I know how you feel I have a few chars gathering dust for various reasons also, hope you get it fixed :)
