Hi. I submitted a couple of tickets late last week and haven't heard anything back. One was a bug report and one was a request for a character regen. I would assume that I would get ticket #'s, but nothing has come my way.
I looked around to resubmit, but there doesn't seem to be a more direct way to do it than the way I did it last time.
Not really sweating this stuff but would like some resolution. Wayfinder server. TY
