twf cleaves (with thf feats also) glancing blows

Can you get glancing blows from cleaves fighting with 2 weapons, if you have thf feats ?

Barring bugs and non-intended behaviours, I would say no.

Two one-handed weapons are able to deliver glancing blows (http://ddowiki.com/page/Glancing_blow): Dwarven Axes and Bastard Swords. However, one of the following conditions must apply to the off-hand:
- empty
- shield
- rune arm

As a side note, the THF feats increase the damage dealt by glancing blows, but you will see some "splash damage" even without them.
