As of this time 4:38 pm central tried using the NPC to get points and STILL nothing. And devs, just like on the live server offer zero help.

He's not awarding me points as well. On a side note, wouldn't it make more sense if everything in the store was 5-10 tp? Then after a couple days of receiving points from Pointsalot, we wouldn't really have to talk to him again. Assuming, of course, he wss awarding points properly.

His timer is exactly 24 hours, always has been.

The issue with him isn't the timer. He displays the message confirming that he is giving you the points, but you don't actually get any. Then after that, he states that it takes time for his servants to make more, which is the "you don't get points" message.

^This. On a side note, I tried him a couple hour's ago and he finally gave me points. 10,000 points! O.o Then, I tried again about a half hour later and he gave me more points! I think I'm upwards of 30-40k now. It seemed that the more I hammered the "gimme points" option, the more points I got. I remember him only giving out about 2k every 24 hours, not 2k a minute. Mind you, it was while Kookie was on, maybe that had something to do with it.
