Hey all,

I am running DDO on a 2011 MBP using a logitech wireless m510 mouse. I can't get any of the additional buttons on the mouse to map to anything. Anyone have any possible ideas/solutions?

Any help would be appreciated

Do the keys they represent show up at all in ddo?

Also what about the control panel for the mouse, does it map those keys to specific keyboard functions?

You'll need to install the latest LCC in order to get those extra buttons to work. The real issue is what OSX version you are running. You can find the latest drivers on the Logitech Support Site (http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support/wireless-mouse-m510?crid=398). Make sure you pick the correct version. They are available for Leopard (10.5.x) or Snow (10.6.x) through Mavericks (10.9.x). You'll still have wend your way through the button assignments, but they should work from a hardware standpoint at least.

Best of luck!

First Running Mavericks

Loaded LCC...Thank you

Open LCC and mapped all buttons to clicks; however now when i try to map in ddo it sees all those buttons as "button 0" had to blow away keymap file after basically disabling click ability. also I noticed in ddo keymap alot of unknowns and nothing for middle mouse button.

Closer but still struggling

From what I can tell, DDO doesn't handle any mouseclicks beyond the left and right mouseclicks, you can't map the middle button. (I really wanted to map that similar to how I have it mapped in all my other games) What you could do would be to setup the buttons using LCC (just for DDO, not global) to act as keystrokes that DO work in DDO. That way you get around anything DDO is trying to do and have LCC do the work.
