NPCs broken on Cannith?

yes, definitely, can't talk with many shoppers, can't get some quests, can't get rewards ... kinda unplayable?

Wrote ticket, answer was write a bug report, tried to restart client, tried to change toon and come back with old toon, nothing is working ...

Can someone talk to the VoN1 guy? I can't :(

Heard rumour about someone being funny with a certain ED, won't give more details, if this were true is sad that we have to import grievers like there're in many other MMOs ...

This is more than a little annoying. Can't talk to any of the Eveningstar vendors or half the quest givers.

Submitted a ticket, got back a generic response saying to submit a bug report instead.

Yep, a guild member saved me from gianthold with a greater teleport, the farshifter wasn't working. Emotes did not recognize her as being there. A random selection of NPCs are not working in the harbor. This makes the game difficult to enjoy.

World is back up, I was able to interact with the NPC quest givers who'd squelched me earlier. All seems well!

Only Cannith has a new shared bank tab.

I wonder if the night tech support in India, went and grabbed a different software version and shoved it on the Cannith Server to fix.

There are some interesting posts in the Windows Technical Assistance Forum that roughly coincide with the Cannith downtime.

But then, I wear a tinfoil hat all day and I know Turbine is out to get me with all the bad rolls I have for loot.

There's a tab next in the shared bank that's called "TBD DNT Shared Account Singleton Bank" that has 20 slots, probably be removed soon.
