Gold Daily Dice rolls not available?

Hey Turbine,

I submitted a bug, an in-game support ticket, and now I'm posting on the forums. I gave you money for the latest 15 month for 12 special. I "thought" my VIP status had been reinstated properly because I did get a Gold Daily Dice roll that same day. However, I have not gotten one again since. Is this a problem with just my account or is this happening to multiple people? Regardless, fix it please!

First thing I'm noticing is you're saying "Gold Daily Roll".

Golds are once a week. Silvers are daily.

Really? Well ****. I haven't been VIP since well before the daily dice rolls. That explains a lot. Why couldn't the in-game service guy just say that? :p
