TR from 28 to 1 (Epic + TR)?

Sorry this was very unclear on the wiki....

So from a capped lvl 28 toon, using a True Heart of Wood knocks me back to lvl1 with a heroic past life feat, but does it also grant an Epic Past Life feat?

If not,then I'm assuming the work around is to Epic TR to 20, then immediately Heroic TR to 1 in order to get both feats?

You do not get both epic and heroic if you heroic tr at lvl 28. But your other option does work.

This ^ is what you need to do. (Assuming you are not an iconic character currently)

So you have to pay/acquire both hearts if you want epic and heroic past lives.
