Ruby of the Endless Night negative level

I was wondering if the negative level inflicted on a vorpal attack from a Feeding or Draining weapon stacks with the negative level on vorpal from a Ruby of the Endless Night. I know effects of the same type don't stack, but I'm not really sure these qualify as the same.

On a side note, I was also wondering if the ruby is still not removable, as the wiki would suggest?

Ruby of Endless Night has been removable for months.

I think neg levels stack period. It is level damage, not an enhancement iirc.
