Royal Guard mask broken?

Trying to use my royal guard mask and receiving "You cannot cast that spell in this area" message. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just the mask, or is the teleport spell borked in general? it was my primary means of quickly getting from eveningstar back to stormreach and took an inordinate amount of time to farm. Is this a known issue? Submitted an in-game ticket and was given the brush-off response that basically said" yeah, that sucks...you should find someone who cares to tell that to..."

Not sure if this is unrelated or not, but I thought we used to be able to use the Key to Eveningstar while on our airships and now we cannot.

if you are in the Demonweb, you can not teleport.

Airships were changed to no-teleport to stop an exploit.
that's why you can no longet teleport from (or to) airships

This may be the issue. Teleport has never been allowed in the demonweb. To the OP, what area were you trying to use it in that it wasn't allowed? As this seems to be the point of the post, it's difficult to help with as you don't mention where you are when you're trying to use the mask. Perhaps you've tried multiple areas and they all seem bugged?
