Evasion and Tower Shields

Looking for some information about Evasion and Shields –

Has anyone tried …

Alchemical Tower--> Crystal (or other)?

Skyvault (New Epic Versions)

Evasion works just fine with tower shields (the shield will cap your dodge chance though)

The only things which prevent Evasion (http://ddowiki.com/page/Evasion) from working are: (A) wearing med or hvy armor; (B) helplessness; or (C) heavy encumbrance. Note that if you're a monk-splashed build, being centered is not a requirement for Evasion. [And thankfully, ACP (http://ddowiki.com/page/Armor_check_penalty) only applies to skills, not Reflex saves.]
