As per title; for straight up DPS, assuming at least 12 levels of rogue, what are the rogue community's thoughts on dual balizarde/dual celestia/combination? As opposed to say sireth or named daggers. I know staves have better AoE damage and end game is all about huge mob densities these days, but since (AFAIK) you don't get glancings of cleaves with a qstaff anyway, would 2wf with either balizarde or celestia be too far behind?

Agony beats Balizarde for DPS if you have Knife Spec; I'm presuming thunder-forged daggers / kukris beat both, thought I've not seen anyone crunch the numbers to prove it. Ofc, there are other benefits to Balizarde+Celestia: Dodge, Good Luck, Radiance blinding, no DR worries w/Celestia, etc.

I crunched the numbers on this in another thread. The average DPS of Agony beats Thunder-forge until Tier II by a small margin, if you don't count the Vulnerable stacks from 1st Degree Burns. At Tier II Thunder-Forge blows Agony out of the water. Tier III and Mortal Fear.. no comparison whatsoever.
Thunder-Forged weapons are also metalline, so only a Ruby of Good away from beating most DR in the game.
