One of each item not dropping everytime in Haunted Halls casual mode anymore?

Hello.

As most of you probably know, a complete set of the named items has been dropping in the middle dragon chest in the casual version of Haunted Halls commentary edition, which has been a great way to get complete sets for all of my toons. However, when I tried it yesterday, only a latern ring dropped. Is anyone else not getting all of the items in the last chest anymore on casual commentary mode??

Unfortunately this seems to be the real deal. I checked again today and the complete set is still not dropping in all HH casual runs anymore..
