Beat me with the Polemarch suggestion, though I was going to suggest-

Producer Polemarch or Polemarch Producer, to fit in with the inclusion of the new title bit. Polemarchos is an ancient Greek military term meaning "warlord," so it has some archaic flare, and who doesn't want to be a Warlord, even if leading kobolds. Also, this is a fantasy game with an ancient setting, so ancient = good. Furthermore, polemarchos contains the word from which we get archon (chief), so that has hidden D&D overtones. Could be punnier though. Have to work on that.

So why not just go with "The Major." By dropping the last part somewhat removes your previous QA designation. And "The Major" somewhat implies some rank (speaking as in level of authority and not product quality here lol :)

You aren't just any Major. You are "The Major" and we would be able to easily equate this to you who has pretty much been the only DDO employee who has communicated with us. Not just answering questions. Not just dictating what's been going on. But the personification of "The Major" that has actually engaged in 2-way communication with us over the past few years.
