I am guilty of not understanding the descriptions of various benefits (specifically from enhancements and past lives)..

Let me give an example..

Shadar-Kai receive a few enhancements that add +1 to sneak attack die - so, I assume that means an additional 1d6 sneak die.

Halfling Guile's description is "You gain +2 to your sneak attack damage and +1 to bluff." does this mean, 1d6+2 per SA die?

As a rogue, what are some ways I can determine my sneak attack die and the associate damage bonuses from items & enhancements + bonuses from shadowdancer

(I am aware you can check under the feats section).

The bottom line of course is to determine a min/max range of sneak attack damage per attack... assume using a repeater ...

Class, race, enhancement, rogue passive past life feats, shadowdancer ED, items with the new deception property, regular sneak attack on items, exceptional sneak attack on items, and profane sneak attack on the shadow scale armor all stack with each other. Set bonuses that grant sneak attack DO NOT stack, oddly enough. Class, race, enhancement, profane sneak attack on the shadow scale armor, and shadowdancer ED sneak attack bonuses add 1d6 to your total sneak attack damage. Rogue passive past life feats add 1 damage to your total sneak attack damage up to a maximum of 3. The deception property on weapons, regular sneak attack on items, and exceptional sneak attack on items each add a specific amount to your total sneak attack damage (from 2-10, I believe).

I think that covers it all.

Correct.

Under the new enhancements halfling guile adds 1d6 per tier.

Unfortunately, this is just one of the many things missing from the character sheet and the only way to know is to find all of your sources of sneak attack and add it up yourself. In Hassan's Assassin (link in my sig) you will find a breakdown of the sneak attack on that build to give you an idea of how to do this.

Hope that helps.

You can hover your mouse over the feat Sneak Attack in your feat list, it should give you a total number for you SA die and bonuses, max now I believe is 30d6 or 32d6
