Upgrading Haunted Halls Named loot?

Help please, I have looked all over the forum and DDO wiki and cannot find any information on where to go or how to upgrade named items from the Haunted Halls quest. I looked at the forge but did not see anything about these items. Any help appreciated.

you get "stones" from at least the mimic chest (looks like bag) double clicking these will open a barter window

Yes I got the stones....didn't know you could double click them though.
