Card XI + :
VI = umd upgarde +4 (note, you must buy ddo store umd +3 upg tome first, so its kinda funny)
VII = epic Otto box BTC
VIII = tome of skill +5 (BTA)
IX = heroic otto box

also: combine IX,X,XI,XII for a mini warforged titan Pet (note XII is only available for mournlands)

will add screenshot when available.

I thought we could only combine 2 cards at a time, and that 12 had no turn in option?

Updated. The only combination that's left now is what happens when you combine a DM with Tiamat... it can't be good. ;)
