Teh_Troll got trolled, it doesn't really count when it comes from an entity that... I must disagree here. We mere forum mortals troll eachother all the time, with varying degrees of success and quality. The Devs/Reps rarely join in on these little raindeer games and I'm always glad when they do.

I would much prefer witty banter and repartee to the usual dry hum-drumness that usually accompanies official communications. While outside these forums Turbine reps should absolutely maintain total (boring) professionalism at all times - inside these forums, I would prefer our community reps engage with the community in the style of communication we most often use. Provide information, maintain civility, but do it with a wink & a nod and a sense of humor.

I'm not saying they should participate in the nastiness that gets to often perpetrated here, but Cords' comment citing nothing special about low int Shiradi procs was a spot-on response and in my opinion we need more of that.
