Yes Hushedo a guildie of mine has gotten a +5-6 wisdom and con tome so far. To be fair he blows alot of money in game far more than anyone else i know or anyone prob should.

Yeah this seems like an expensive first offering for +6 tomes to me. If you want to really be the first to get them drop alot of $.

You could also play the shard auction house. Granted, that's a similar idea to grinding tp in order to stay f2p, but it's an option. I've had no issue with spending the occasional handful of shards because of it.

What are the odds? maybe 1 in 500? I don't know for sure, but if it is 1 in 500 the +6 tome would cost you around 7500 shards on average. You can get 2 otto's boxes for that on the ASAH with AS left over.
