So here's my question. My rogue currently has a 27d6+1 sneak attack. With EE Backstabber for the +13additional combined that be 27d6+14? Anyway my question is if my max SA dmg should be about 175 assuming all 6s on 27dice why is the highest SA Ive seen 125ish. Take off my Backstabbers and it drops to about 95 on avg. Is something not working like it should perhaps or maybe I just have crappy rolls or something. I have all the +SA die enhancements from assassin and shadowdancer trees as well as improved SA feat. Im mainly just curious.

I'd say your damage looks perfectly ok. With 27 SA dice and a +14 bonus from PLs and gear your average SA damage should be 27*3.5+14=108.5. Of course with a pool of 27 dice you'll see more or less average rolls most of the time; rolling the maximum of 176 points will occur just as rarely as rolling the minimum of 41 points.

Thats what I was figuring. It just seems like I'd see some rolls in the 140s and up on occasion but haven't yet outside of helpless mobs

Rolling a 6 on all 27 rolls has a probability of 10^-21.
That is once every 1 and 21 zeroes attempts. If you rolled your 27 dice once every second since the big bang 13.7 billion years ago, you are still very unlikely to see it happening.
The more dice you roll the (relatively) closer you will get to the expected mean. With 27 d6 rolls, your typical deviation ("standard deviation") from the mean (94.5, only the sum of dice) will be only about 9. That is the power of the "central limit theorem" if you ever study statistics.
That is also the difference between rolling 2d6 and 1d12. The former has a higher mean (7 vs. 6.5), but you are already 3 times more likely to see a "12" result on the latter (1/36 vs. 1/12).
