I understand that starting today, there will be no GMs on after 2AM EST. My ticket was submitted at 1:35AM EST. I will be severely upset if this goes unresolved.

"We're in Epic Hard Lord of Blades and the boss bugged out. My Colors of the Queen Epic Past Life tripped the Lord of Blades right before he jumped into the air. He never came back down again. We killed the tops of the pillars to complete the raid, however the bridge to the west never appeared for us to get our loot."

^^ agreed I was in this raid and it sucked that he bugged out on us, and there was no GM's available to help.

An Epic Past Life broke a raid boss, and we don't get our chest because of this?

No GM to fix the problem. I wasted a good amount of time on a jewel of fortune. I guess the layoffs have really messed with them.

I've had decent service on this kind of stuff in the past.

I'm not sure it's going to be an issue much longer... Might be changing to a competetor's product.
