Bug with Spell Power on Pale Master enacements?

Hello guys, (sorry for my english level)

i returned today to this game with my old wizard and the first thing i do is check the new enhancements, but when i spend points in Pale Master tree this points don't provide me the real value of spell power in the description.

""Dark Reaping: For each point spent in this tree you gain +0'75 Universal Spell Power and +0.75 Negative Energy Spell Power (for a total of 1'5 Negative Energy Spell Power per point spent).""

I have base value on elemental magic of 31 (24 by Archimage + 7 by spellcasting), and base value for negative magic of 25 (24 by archimage + 1 by heal)

When i spend points in Pale Master tree i have the next progression

Pale Master spend points 0....1........3........5........7........9....10.. ......12....13
Elemental Spell power ...31...32......33.......33......34.......36...36. .......38...39
Negative E. Spell power 25...27.......28......30.......31......34...36.... ....39....40

When I calculate the points that should be I get the following:
-For Elemental Spell Power : 13 x 0'75 = 9'75
-For Negative E. Spell Power: 13 x 1'5 = 19'5

but 31 + 9'75 = 40'75 ~~ 40/41 spell power, not the 39 points i have in game
and 25 + 19'75 = 44'5 44/45 spell power not the 40 points i have in game

My question:
-where is the rest of my spell power points?
-this is a bug? or a display bug?


PD: when i spend points in archimage tree it's all ok, the problem is only with the pale master tree.

It is not a display bug.. listed spell power (negative at least) matches up with in game testing.

As for the spell power -- I hunted down the spell power discrepancy this last weekend.
