Valid Forms: Fire Elemental. You are enveloped in the anger of the noonday sun. The targets of your fire spells suffer a 2% fortification penalty, and a -5 penalty to fire resistance.

I just do not get this 1, I think you could justify that spell being a level 9 if the number had 0 behind them 20% fort debuff and - 50 fire res sounds much more like a level 9 spell.

Does anyone actually use this spell?

I use it constantly, but I don't know if it's worth using it.
Do you know if a mob without any fire resistance takes more fire damage with that debuff?

This spell is kind of weak, unless your targets have fire resistance and/or fortification.

It seems like this effect was meant to stack up to 5 times, but they forgot to implement that somehow.

-10% fortification and -25 fire resistance at 5 stacks sounds much more comparable to what we can get from other enhancements/destinies.

I use fire elem form for spamming firewall + Body of the Sun; I buff with Anger as well because, well, why not? -5 fire resist still means extra DPS.
