Epic Seals/Shards Drop Rate

Do epic seals drop more frequently on eh and ee now? i know they SHOULD, but do you have experience in this matter?

Seems to me that Seals drop more on EN/EH, for Wiz King that is. A friend of mine kept a spreadsheet, and had the same conclusion as well.

As for the rest, no clue.
