Our weekly static group have a few raids coming up. The group is doing a completely flower-sniffing one-and-done on Heroic Elite approach through all the non-Faerun quests.
Next Tuesday we have VON5/VON6 and Tempest Spine planned. I'll post up an LFM and people are welcome to join, the LFM will be posted by Olgeirdottir.
Maximum level will be 12.
We'll be doing all optionals and going for maximum bonusses.
If yourself or anyone you know would like to spend some time doing these quests with a party happy to explain what's happening and why, where we won't be going hell-for-leather to belt them out in the shortest time possible, tell them to be on next Tuesday. The LFM will be going up about 7pm UK time, with a kick-off time of 7.30pm planned.
Hope to see you then.
I'll update this thread with the other raids as they crop up.

A big thanks to the puggers who joined last night.
Good to see the random pug scene is still alive and kicking. Posted the lfm as non-zerger, newbie friendly, all opts and bonusses, filled in a reasonable time, we started at the exact time we had planned and we had a good session. Only had one person not flagged for VON5 who had to drop, but they realised in plenty of time and we replaced them easily enough.
For a random pug with flagging requirements and a level restriction of 10 to 12, I was happy we got them done. Hopefully everyone had a good time and we got some successful at-level Elites with bravery bonus in the bank.

Congratulations Deadlock! This is AWESOME to see, on Ghallanda none-the-less.
It takes contributions like this to make a lively PUG scene.
Keep up the good work!!

Mean to post this last week, but it's been one of those weeks. Better late than never.
Tomorrow being Monday 28th April we're doing a newbie friendly Heroic ADQ and DQ with our static group, max level 14. We'll start our ADQ flagging about 7.30 UK time and can wait to let other finish their ADQ flagging before having a bash at the face of old Queenie herself.
LFM will be up from 7pm, someone to lead the 2nd party through ADQ would be useful.
I'll be on Olgeirdottir, if I'm afk speak to anyone in Friends of Nice and Slow and they'll bring you up to speed with where we are.
Hopefully see you there.

Some advance notice for Abbot. We'll be doing some Abbot flagging over the next couple of weeks whenever we can all get together.
We'll then be doing a week of Abbot training before doing the actual raid. So if you haven't done Abbot before and would like to just join a group to practice the puzzles who aren't going to get their knickers in a twist and aren't intending to complete, then come join us and feel free to bring a friend. The LFM will be up from Olgeirdottir.

Current plan is to run a newbie friend at level elite Abbot on Monday 25th, kicking off about 7pm UK time.
We'll be running abbot training for a few hours each evening between now and then, all welcome to join. We won't be going for completion, this is purely to practice the puzzles for the benefit of first timers and anyone not familiar with the raid - or for people who just want some extra practice.
Because it's just for training on the puzzles, it'll be open to all levels. Olgeirdottir will have the LFM up, feel free to join for some practice.

Thank you for doing this.
I won't be able to make it, but I want to thank you on behalf of all of us raid-noobs. A while ago, a group let me go with them on a Shroud run (my first time), and everyone told me what to expect in the next phase, and what to look out for, and it was fantastic. Sometimes, we just need some outside help to shine. Thanks again!

This is a great thing for newer more casual players. Is there a Level Limit or is it just about winning the raid? Do you have a channel? I would not mind helping out in the raids. But i'm level 28.
Next Event?

Tonight's Abbot is being pushed back a week to Monday 1st September to allow a few of our regulars more training time. We will still be doing Abbot training tonight, from 7PM UK time onwards, I'll keep an LFM up, will be Olgeirdottir who has the star.

We're running a weekly static group through all heroic Eberron content, one-and-done on Elite. But when it comes to the raids, we're opening it up to all and sundry to come join us and trying to give as much notice as possible (when I remember).
Abbot raid will be next week, Monday 1st September, the level cap and difficulty for this and all upcoming raids will be set to reward and preserve an Elite streak.

Are you still doing this? I'm having problems getting any raiding done much at the moment and would love to come (not a newbie).
Also looking to join a guild. Who raids.

At level elite Shroud coming up. Should be next Monday 13th October, kicking off at 7PM UK time.
Plan A is to do it at level on Elite, same as we've been doing everything else. If we're struggling to fill then we'll start putting the max level up from 19 until either we fill or we have enough bodies to go.
Will be Olgeirdottir who has the LFM up.

What time is that EST? I'm in Atlanta and would be happy to help out. Got a 19 cleric.

Static Monday night group should be hitting Hound of Xoriat and A Vision of Destruction tonight.
Probably max level 20 but if hardcapped by the time we get there will be 21. No exact time, but I'd expect about 20:30 ish UK time.
Olgeirdottir will have the LFM up.

Good fun last night, full raid party without any hassles for a guided tour of the Subterranean - few people discovered areas they've never found before.
Successful VOD and an almost nearly HOX after multiple rounds of beholder. Some valuables lessons learned by a few people who weren't familiar with the quests that they can hopefully take forward to their next attempt.
Big thanks to those who joined, next one up will be Tower of Despair probably in the new year.
