Overwhelming Crit vs Bloodletting

Bloodletting deals a certain amount of extra damage on a crit dependent on the crit multiplier of the weapon used, higher getting more damage. Overwhelming crit increases the multiplier on a 19-20. On a 19-20, would Bloodletting use the base crit multiplier of the weapon, or would it use the multiplier increased by Overwhelming Crit?

If I am not mistaken, it uses the base critical multiplier profile of the weapon.
