stealth nerf for coms of valor for e/e?

i havent done many quests so far, after the shutdown earlier today, but from my quests so far:

e/e rusted blades used to drop 35 coms, now it dropped 28
e/e impossible demands used to drop 30 coms, now it dropped 24.
e/h impossible demands used to drop 15 coms, now still 15.
e/h rest stop used to drop 24 coms, now still 24.

This will happen every time server goes down.
