XP needed to cap with a box

Heya folks, just curious at what level or XP total can you use an Otto's box and get to cap on a third life toon. Did some searching and couldn't find anything definitive.

Assume Greater tome, 50% pot, 5% ship, Voice, VIP...think that's all the bonuses.

5% Voice + 5% Ship + 10% VIP + 50% Potion = 1,7 Modifier to gained XP from the stone.

2kk * 1,7 = 3,4kk => 400k XP Missing till cap on a Thrid life.
