Just a quick question for all those who may be involved in this, does anyone know if Cleave, Great Cleave, Whirlwind Attack, and other sorts only procing your main hand damage and acting as if your off hand weapon is non-existent WAI?

So these skills are specifically geared towards thf and s&b?

On my human male monk, when fighting unarmed Great Cleave procs offhand attacks and Cleave does not.

Yes, but it's still a dps increase any time you are fighting 2+ mobs at the same time.
regular attack is 80% chance of making a second attack at half str mod.
with cleave it's 2 attacks, 1 against each mob, full str on both attacks and they are +[1]
Still, I always stop and ask myself if I'm wasting that feat when I pick it on a twf.

not a waste any longer since Cleave Great Cleave are required for Overwhelming Critical
Still I think Cleave should have offhand chance with TWF

Except that the animation is much slower than a normal attack. It'll have to be 3 or even 4 mobs before it's useful, I think.
I've never found a good reason why cleaves do not apply the offhand (and doublestrike) attack chance.

Unless you are slowed somehow, you still attack at full speed with cleaves.
or if you just hit an action boost or adrenaline and now have that annoying pause before being able to attack, you can still cleave during that pause.

While cleave is not as bad as before, I'm pretty sure it's still slower than the normal attack chain. Wiki still mentions this, as well.

I mean the attack speed of cleave is not slowed if you are slowed (spell, troglodyte stench, spell ward, 'taken' gunk, etc).

Oh, OK :) I wasn't specific enough in first post, then, sorry.
