Instead of the pure Rogue sneak/assassinate Int-build, I went for the multi-class Rogue Power Attack/Cleave Dex-build.

I have an elf dex-based dual wielding 15 Rogue/3 Monk/2 Fighter build with 18d6 sneak attack (24d6 with Shadowdancer epic destiny), 25% Dodge (29% with Shadowdancer), 25% concealment, 10% incorporeal (25% with Shadowdancer), 502 hit points (826 with equipment and guild buffs), and dex modifier for hit and damage.

Race: Elf because I like them. The -2 CON at creation is not an issue because it’s equalled out by the +2 DEX, which this DEX-build uses, and can be made up with CON ability raises during levelling (i.e., 2 less DEX and 2 more CON). Elf receives +2 bonus on Listen, Search, and Spot checks which a Rogue build also uses.
While Humans receive a bonus feat at Level 1, this build with the Monk and Fighter levels receives 4 bonus feats that more than make up for it. Humans also receive an additional skill point at every level after 1, but being a Rogue with a good INT makes that loss insignificant. Humans also have Improved Recovery, but the cost is too prohibitive for my liking: 12 AP spent to get 20% healing amp, 17 AP to get 30% healing amp. Greater Convalescent Bracers of Parrying make up for it.

Class: Pure Rogue would’ve provided an additional 6d6 sneak attack (2 from levels 17 & 20 and 4 from the Deadly Shadow enhancement), +2 INT (from Deadly Shadow, but not as important for this build), and 2 special abilities.
On the other hand, multiclassing with Monk and Fighter provides 4 bonus feats, 3d6 sneak attack, and additional Dodge and AC bonuses.

Equipment (have some open augment slots because I’m undecided as to what to put there):
Flawless White Dragonscale Robe (+35 Hit Points augment) - doesn’t restrict Dodge %
Greater Convalescent Bracers of Parrying
eE Ring of Shadows (open yellow slot)
eE Backstabber Gloves (Draconic Soul Gem)
Deadly Ring of Accuracy (+8 Attack, +8 Damage, open white and yellow slots)
Health Belt of Dodge (+9 CON and 8% Dodge)
eH Mantle of the Dragonfriend (+2 CHA and Deathward augments)
eE Kardin’s Eye (+7 INT augment)
eH Jorgundal’s Collar (+7 STR augment and open yellow slot)
eH White Dragon Helm +3 CON (+1 Globe of True Imperial Blood augment and open green slot)
eH Inrticate Field Optics: 8 WIS (+2 WIS and +2 Good Luck augments)

Primary Weapons (had been using rapiers as a pure Rogue, but now am going with kukri’s and short swords to stay centered):
2 EMGs or 1 EMG + Celestia

the build looks fun. However there is a problem i have seen.

1st is that the lvl that stat tomes is 3,7,12,15 and 19 i think so when u get to level 11 figher u need a base of 13 str to get power attach and u will only have 12.

I guess my only question is what does rog 15 / monk 3 / ftr 2 get you that's more important / useful than Shadow Form from a rog 13 / monk 6 / ftr 1 split, which has the same number of feats. Also, because I'm a gimpy elf lover too, I'd consider adding Least Shadow DM for Displacement, in which case I'd also consider a wiz splash for Extend.

Replies like this is why I posted my build. I thought rog 15 / monk 3 / ftr 2 was the sweet spot for a dex Rogue. +1d6 sneak attack with 15 Rog over the 13 Rog. Bonus feat with Fighter 2. Thought I looked at it from different angles, but didn't see the advantage of Monk 6: the Monk bonus martial arts feat does cover the bonus Fighter feat with some minor class re-arrangements, plus those additional 3 levels of Monk provide 2% dodge, 3 AC, and Adept of Forms feat, and (as you stated) the capability to easily get the Shadow Veil Ninja Spy core ability that provides 25% incorporeality. This is huge considering the eE Ring of Shadows only provides 10% and the Shadow Form ability under Shadow Dancer epic destiny is a tier 6 ability. I need to find a +3 Lesser Heart of Wood. Thanks for the question.

I tried the Least Dragonmark feat to get Displacement under the Elf enhancement tree. However it takes 12 AP to obtain the Greater Dragonmark of Shadow, which I found to be too expensive in the long run, so eventually dropped the Dragonmarks. I liked it before the enhancement update when an elf was able to get Displacement with the Least and Lesser Dragonmark feats; I found two feats less costly than 1 feat and 12 AP, plus the old system provided more uses between rests. If the Devs would have made Displacement available with the Lesser Dragonmark of Shadow enhancement (i.e., at the same level as it was in the old system), it would've cost 5 AP total, which I would think is worth it.... but they didn't (sigh).
