Dexterity looks low, you should at least get your max dex bonus for your armor. Intelligence looks low as well, you don't need a high score on it but it limits good skills like Intimidate, Heal and Concentration. Also Unless you want arcane archer, human is typically better for a bonus feat and more skill points. Dilettante feats are typically only useful at low levels. Also Toughness is only typically about max hp+30 so you may want to rethink that feat.
Precision works with Power Attack and goes with your 2-handed damage dealer theme. Base 18 strength seems high, try starting with like 15 and get a Strength +3 tome to compensate for more build points. You can use the human extra feat to take a Dragonmark and use enhancements on it. I hope you find this to be helpful.

I would splash in 2 Fighter / 2 Monk for 4 more feats, fighter haste boost, access to tactics, evasion. Then with your extra feats take improved sunder, stunning blow and work on your stunning blow DC for more DPS, as well as dodge and mobility to increase your dodge %.

I considered splashing other levels into her but when I thought about it I really just wanted a pure paladin. I wanna try to go half elf though instead of human as well. I know human is "supposed" to be used for paladin but a human is so bland, besides for the skill points I would start with 8 instead of 4 and each lvl up I would only get 2 instead of 1. I just don't care for human much xD

I could always move my feats around (basically taking toughness out and put stunning blow in), but does it help out much? Sorry I am mainly used to ranged combat and I am trying to kind of like relive I guess you can say my first DDO toon because she didn't hold out well and I rerolled her.

Most people who don't want to go human make a Drow Paladin for spell resistance or warforged for immunities and some take Dwarf for more HP and bonuses to fighting particular enemy types. While there is nothing stopping you from taking half-elf , there are many non-human races for Paladin that would have a lot more benefits than half-elf. Even Half-Orc would be better than Half-elf, as it has enhancements for 2-handed weapons and higher starting strength for a very offensive Paladin. So I suggest you look at what is available because there are much more beneficial races than Half-elf.

Stunning Blow is amazingly helpful on a Paladin with the semi-recent change to divine might. As a test, I tried to get a meaningful stunning blow DC on my Paladin while leveling up through epic hards, and was successful. I have another thread in the Paladin sub-forum where you can read more about it. If you get it to work, your opponent will take 50% additional damage for 6 seconds. In most cases, that's plenty of time to finish them off. The issue is that you need to work at your DC. That means you should also have improved sunder to help with this, while you're improving your DC. You'll also want 2 Fighter levels to get access to the fighter tactics enhancement. So if you want to stay pure, it may not make sense to go for it. You'll be down 2-3 DC from not splashing Fighter (depending on whether you take 2 or 3 ranks), as well as 3 DC from not going S&B (i.e. the strength enhancement in the defender tree).

I don't have access to half-orc. I just bought half-elf because I thought it was cool. If I am to take these 2 fighter levels what levels should I take them at?
