Looking for a bard build for heroic only, tr-ing right away.

I would like to get the bard active past life for my CC caster, he has a FvS life and 3 wizard lives. I have Morninglord, PDK iconics and if possible would like to use them since I really just want the past life. Self-sufficiency and damage would be nice, have +2 tome on every stat but Intelligence and Wisdom, a +4 and +3.
I have a GS sp item so was hoping to get at least 7 levels of bard for Cure Serious and Displacement but if level 8 could be worked in for haste it would be great. I have a torc so sp shouldn't be much of a problem also. I don't mind if it's a two weapon or a two handed weapon user. Thank you ahead of time.

Iconics can't TR when they hit lvl 20, though; they have to make it to level cap to do an Iconic TR (http://ddowiki.com/page/Iconic_True_Reincarnation) or EpicR (http://ddowiki.com/page/Epic_Reincarnation). Turbine's not gonna make it that easy on you... ;)

Bard for past life:

10 bard. Nets you ccw and dd
6 fighter. Nets you feats and good dps enhancements
4 rogue. Nets you evasion, uncanny dodge, skills if you want, sneak attack when grouped

Build as a dps toon. Add maximise and extend.

tr life // Always go halfling. Always get evasion. Always go staff build for max DPS. Pick something with running speed (since you cannot go monk, go barbarian)

so, 8 bard, 6 rogue, rest barb. easy win.

Druid 8 grants access to winter wolf (or dire bear) form; druid 9 grants access to Natural Fighting feats (+6% doublestrike per feat) & lvl 5 spells (Death Ward, Gtr Vigor).
