I always thought that Ranger should have an animal companion so i ended up creating this prestige for fun.
I know i'm not that great for balancing things but this is still ideas and can be changed, right?

BeastMaster is a prestige that allow Ranger to have an Animal Companion(Pet) and move as a Pack.
I tried to make great buff to overcome the lack of enhancement for the Pet and it also buff a stupid AI :P
I also tried to improve the casting ability of the Ranger a little ^^;.

Btw, i made it that we can choose only 1 Pet, kind of like weapon mastering with Kensei.

Cores:
lv1 : 1AP = BeastMaster
Enable to summon 1 Animal Companion that match Ranger+Epic Level
-Wolf cub : +2STR, +1d6sneak
-Bear cub : +2Con, +5AC
-Cat cub : +2Dex, +2% dodge
-Scorpion : +2Wis, on Vorpal Hit: 1d2 Con damage

lv3 : 1AP = Bond Aura
When your Pet is in range, you emit Pack Aura that boost you and your Pack Members(You, Pet, Hirelings, summon)
Pack Aura grants for each Pack Member in range: +1Reflex, +0.5d6Sneak Attack. All Bonus from this aura are considered "Morale".

lv6 : 1AP = Trustworthy
You and your Pet gain +3 saves against traps and ignore 5% dodge.

lv12: 1AP = Faith in each other
+1Pet's stats. Your Pet gain a bonus depending it type:
-Wolf cub : Become Black Wolf and +5% double strike and its attack bypass 10% Fortification
-Bear cub : Become Dire Bear and gain +15PRR and 5DR/-. Generate +20% hates.
-Cat cub : Become Panther and it attack gain Trip chances and gain "Ghost touch"
-Scorpion : Become PseudoDragon and gain 1d6 poison damage. Fly.

lv18: 1AP = TeamWork Because you and your Pet works together, its easier for you to avoid danger.
You gain Improved Evasion and your Pet gain Evasion.

lv20: 1AP = Raise to Tribe Age
+1Pet's stats. Your Pack Aura now affect every allies in range. You also unlock a Spell Slot for every level of casting.

Tier1
1 2AP = Pack Leader
Choose one of the following:
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1attack bonus per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1ac bonus per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1fortitude save bonus per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1will save bonus per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1% attack speed per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +2PRR per member of the Pack
-Your Pack Aura now grant +1d2-1 bleed damage onHit

2 1AP = Pack Presence
Pack Presence is added to your spellbook as level 1 Ranger spell.

3 1AP = Action Boost: Pack Cares /3ranks
Everyone in your Aura Pack gain 1d2/1d4/1d6 + 1 ranger level Positive Energy every 2 second for 20seconds.

4 1AP = Mutual Healing /3ranks
You and your Pet gain +10/20/30% more heal from Positive Energy

5 1AP = Action Boost /3ranks
Choose one:
-Action Boost: Attack Speed +10/20/30%
-Action Boost: Movement Speed +10/20/30%

6 + 12 = 18 AP Used

Tier2
1* 2AP = Pack Leader
Choose one you did not choose

2 2AP = Leadership /3ranks
You personally gain +2/4/6 stacking at reflex/will saves while under Pack Aura

3 1AP = Melee Attack: Prank Attack /3ranks
Available when Pet is alive; +2/3/4[W] damage. On damage: Target is Prone (Save Forti 10+Half Ranger+Wis)

4 1AP = Greater Animal Companion /3ranks
Your Pet gain +2/4/6 for each ability score

5 1AP = Though Team /3ranks
You and your Pet gain +10/20/30HP

18 + 17= 35AP Used

Tier3
1* 2AP = Pack Leader
Choose one you did not choose

2 1AP = I am the Leader /3ranks
You personally gain +2/4/6 stacking at reflexe/will saves while under Pack Aura

3 1AP = Caring Master /3ranks
You gain +10/20/30 Positive Spell Power

4 2AP = Stance Pet /3ranks
Choose one:
-Defensive Pet: Your Pet gain stacking 5/10/15DR/-, 5/10/15resist to all elements and 5/5/10% dodge.
-Agressive Pet: Your pet gain +2/4/6damage, +1/1/2critical threats, attacks gain Silver/Adamantine/Cold Iron effect
-Sneaky Pet: Your pet gain +1d6/2d6/3d6 Sneak attack, +1/1/2multipliers on critical hit, attacks generate 15/30/45% less hates

5^ 2AP = Stats Boost
+1con/wis/dex/str

35 + 12 = 47AP Used

Tier4
1* 2AP = Pack Leader
Choose one you did not choose

2 2AP = Summon Nature's Ally /3ranks
Summon Nature's Ally VI/VII/VIII is added to your spellbook as level 2/3/4 Ranger spell.

3 2AP = Action Boost: Bond Knowledge /3ranks
Everyone in your Aura Pack gain 1d10/2d10/3d10 spell points.

4 2AP = Blurry Fur
Your Pet always have Blur activated and gain +10% Attack Speed.

5^ 2AP = Stats Boost
+1con/wis/dex/str

47 + 12 = 59AP Used

Tier5
1* 2AP = Improved Pack Aura
Double range of Pack Aura.

2 2AP = Learning from your Pet
You gain +1Pet's stats and you also gain depending of your chosen Pet:
-Wolf cub : Align Fang is added to your spellbook as level 3 Ranger spell. Your Pet gain an additional +10% melee strike.
-Bear cub : Mass Barksin is added to your spellbook as level 3 Ranger spell. Your Pet gain On Being Damage: 5% to cause fear effect for 5second without save.
-Cat cub : Insightful Strikes is added to your spellbook as level 3 Ranger spell. Your Pet gain +5DC on his Trips attempt.
-Scorpion : Contagion is added to your spellbook as level 3 Ranger spell. Your Pet now breath Poison, making his attacks AoE around his target. +1d6 poison damage.

4 2AP = United by Spirit
Your Self spells can now be cast on your Pet

5 X

59 + 6 = 65AP Used to max the whole tree

I counted other enhancement tree and it fit the rest (60 to 80 AP)

So, what do you think of this idea?

Just wanted to tell that i didn't set any stats for Pet or range for Bond Aura to allow some freedom into balance
