Hi.
It is not so usefull as it shoudl be as 5th tier enhancement. First of all it shoudl proc on enemy not on self (I get really dissapointed on my 18 fvs/2monk Arcane Archer Warpriest when I see it). Second thing it shoudl be manually activated. I hate when it procs on dead or almost dead enemy... waste of 20 (or 25 in my case) seconds of gathering it.
