I would like to see us be able to use epic and iconic TRs at lvl 28 even after the cap increases to 30. Adding another 4 million xp to the journey seems excessive.

TR is based on level cap and should require players getting to Cap.
For those that have already got there.. good for them...

Epic TR's are based on Sphere XP so likely not impacted.

still gotta be at cap for ETR, if you get the karma before that, gotta wait
