Is it normal to get epic lvl end reward from lvl 13 quest?

I just today ran Assault on Summerfield on Khyber to try to get the Mark of Rehesh Turakbar.
I had ran it several times already, so I ran in Normal for easy and fast solo completion.
I got the mark and was quite happy, and did not expect anything interesting as the end reward.
The quest is lvl 13.

One of the items offered was lvl 21 Epic Khopesh, bound to account on equip.
I took it, as I can vendor it at least.
I believe it had (at least) Suns Fury or something like that, Riposte III (of course) and Red augment slot.
So is it nomal that end reward is 8 levels above the quest lvl?

Yes, it's very common right now, but it's just some sort of bug. I've seen at least 5 people loot a level 21 sun's fury item from heroic quests in the last couple of days

Really sounds like Sun's Fury has a bug.

Same here. Yesterday I ran several Gianthold quests on Heroic Elite, and one of them (don't remember which one) had ML 22 Sun's Fury heavy mace in end reward. With red augment slot. I took it, then was shocked to see how cheap are Sun's Fury items on AH.

It's something that came with the last patch where they partially reverted back the Great Ghostbaning of Loot. ( Sadly they didn't listen and they didn't revert it fully )

Sun's Fury is a prefix, so I suppose there is hope for Sun's Fury of Ghostbane.

Loot is wonky for the time being as they mess with prefixes and suffixes. So I wouldn't be surprised if a higher tier of prefix or suffix ended up in lower level tables.

But if you're as careful when making changes to the game as when creating your signature, it doesn't really surprise me that something was broken.

A sig is limited to four lines and it looks like it is near that maximum. Perhaps it was a conscious choice to leave the word out since it is not vital to the meaning of the quote. There could be alternative reasons than simply not paying attention, just sayin'.

S/he has now added that word i pointed out...

And using the correct grammar/syntax/whatever are even more important when programming/messing with code.

Considering that level drain is something you can now acquire during a once-a-year event, I am quite sure it will remain unavailable for crafting. Items from special events are special -- or should be.

To go off on a tangent, I would love to see old 100-hour Augments from Devil Assault to come back -- even if only during special events.

Although I personally never make misteaks I am tolerant of those that due. When I get overvalue items I am usually very happy because they sell for a lot of cash. It would be great if you could mess up again and create a permanent Bow of the Jade Elf for me to find in the desert.
