Soon I'll TR into my third life, which shall be Druid and melee. What I want: Trap skills and to fight mainly in Bear Form. It'd be a 36 pt. build, +5 to all stats is available.

I thought about two builds which are (no Skill points distributed and no Enhancements selected):

I'm not sure yet about both builds. Since I have no experiences with Druid or melee, I just used the planner to build what I thought would suit me the most. Did someone already try a similar build or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Measured by the amount of answers, it seems that both builds are either ok or nobody has tried a similar one yet^^

Now I TR'ed and decided to take the second build with Fighter instead of Monk. I thought about taking Precision instead of Weapon Specialisation at 20, but it'll take quite a while until I reach 20 again, so what would you say? Precision or WS?

either is fine
Friend does a lot of splashes and has a monk,dog,rogue and does very well...skip the bear, the dog & rogue work better together. the monk is where he get damage from the dog adds some sneak dice but the druid animal forms don't really grow in damage so the monk helps a lot. self healing, evasion, rogue abilities. your pet will stay at the druid lv so will be only good for level pulling. I would likely skip augment summons, both dog and max summons will be low, this is and iffy feat even on full druids, don't find the dog is very survivable and both dog and summons often just pull agro, die and you are left to clean up the mess.

Thanks for the reply! Maybe I swap Augment Summoning later for Toughness, but in the early levels I find it good for pets, summons and Hires (especially Hires that won't be able to activate runes without AugS). Though the Fighter splash would allow many additional feats, I kind of felt limited in some cases without any ranged spells, so I put a few points into Season's Herald to get the first two SLA's. My thoughts at the moment are about skipping Fighter completely and taking Druid 12 / Rogue 2 / Wizard 6 instead. W 6 would allow three AM SLA's, a few points in Eldritch Knight would push dmg (+2d4 elemental) and also a few more offensive and buff spells. I think this would suit me more than the Fighter splash.
