Iconic and Heroic TRing

I have a question about the new systems of reincarnation.

If I get to 28 and do an Iconic TR. Do I get the heroic past life when I do that?

Capping the toon back to 28 if I TR into an iconic again do I get the Heroic and Iconic past lives??

Conversely if I cap out at 28 can I do an Epic TR into a Iconic TR?

Curious as the new systems.

If you're an iconic race at level 28:

Iconic TR will give you - Class past life and Iconic past life.
Epic Reincarnation will give you - Epic past life and set you back to level 20.

If your a standard race at level 28:

You can do a true reincarnation, but you could also do that at level 20, there are no gains from true reincarnation leveling from 20-28.
Epic reincarnation will give you - Epic past life and set you back to level 20.

You have be 28 to TR (in any form) an Iconic correct? One cannot do a heroic TR on an iconic at 20?

Correct, can only do any form of TR on an Iconic at the level cap (currently 28)
