Question on assassinate Dc

Playing around with a mechassassin idea, who isnt pure Rogue. in fact he will only have 17 rogue lvls gimping assassination dc by +4 (3 lvs+capstone).
i have a +4 int tome and a +3 dex tome and would roll a drow with 30 buildpoints: Dex 17 con 12 int 20. 1 lvlup would have to go to dex to qualify for combat archery and imp sneak attack.
I plan to focus on int apart from the mentioned drawbacks.
As i havent much experience with the latest elite epic content, i cant really estimate the necessary assassination dc. Question is would i still run a useful assassination dc with this in elite content or should i restrict the build to EH perhaps? ( assassination doesnt need to hit 99% to be useful)
Whats your experience with assassination dc in EE folks? thx for any estimations on this

Around 70 is the target DC for EE Stormhorns. A low 60s will get you pretty much no fail against casters and other low fort mobs. With EMG, measure the foe, and max int from gear, enhancements, and ED you should end up with a 65 DC. So it will still be effective, but not 95%.
